        Items can be exchanged for a different size, provided that we have these in stock. All returned products must be undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached. It must be returned with all accessories and parts that it came with.

        We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return. Please email store@silvasweden.co.za with your query and we will arrange the return with you.

        Defective Items?

        The definition of a defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product which renders it unfit for its intended use.
        Our products are checked before leaving, however If you find a problem with your product, we need to know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
        Depending on the availability of a substitute product we will either replace or credit you with a voucher for the value of the product.
        Returns must include a reason for the return.
        Please email store@silvasweden.co.za with your query.
        If a product is returned to us, other than for a defect, and has been disassembled or altered in any way, you will lose the right of return.
        Products which are found to be unsuitable for a particular purpose may be returned within 10 days of delivery– a reasonable amount for necessary restoration costs to render the goods fit for restocking may be charged. All products are guaranteed for 12 months with the exception of eazyflasks and bladders which are guaranteed for 6 months
