These light trail running poles made of lightweight carbon will help you to maintain your pace going uphill, improve your stability on technical terrain and save your legs on long distance sessions and races.

Silva Running adjustable poles 100-120 cm are made from 100% 3K carbon and weighs 420 grams per pair. If you are looking for a pair of lightweight trail running poles to keep you going faster for longer, these poles will deliver on your expectations. The athlete team at Silva, which consists of passionate and experience runners such as Mimmi Kotka and Petter Restorp, have tested the poles in tough conditions and contributed valuable feedback to our product development team.

Find your perfect pole length

Silva Running adjustable poles come in 2 different length ranges to match your height with the most suitable pole length. Choose between 100-120 cm and 120-140 cm. Find your correct pole length by measuring the distance between the ground and your hand, keeping your elbows at your sides, bent at approximately 90 degrees.

Adjustable poles – perfect for extreme climbs and long flat stretches

Because these poles are adjustable you can also change the length of your poles, making these poles suitable for sessions and races with extreme climbs and long flat stretches. You never need to compromise on the correct length, just adjust the length with the easy aluminum Flicklock. It is a quick stretch lock that ensures that the poles are reliable to run with and minimizes your transition time from folded to full usage. The poles have extended handles so that you can adjust your grip depending on how steep the terrain is.

Clever Z-fold

The poles are easy to attach to your running vest or running backpack thanks to the clever Z-fold, which means that the poles are folded into 3 sections.

Quick release glove

The quick release gloves allow for freedom of movement and are made of breathable material to give you a comfortable feeling despite long hours of running in all weather conditions.

Prepared for your natural movement through all seasons

The poles are already prepared for all seasons and all kinds of terrains. Your pair of Silva running poles include a replaceable rubber paws and snow baskets to complement the concave carbide tips. The carbide tips have a concave shape to allow for your natural movement when running. The tips are interchangeable so that your Silva Running poles will last for many, many miles. These poles are made for running, just like you.

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving it. Only defective products may be returned thereafter. You will have the option of exchanging the product or being credited with a voucher for the same value. We do not offer cash refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return a product it must be undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached. It must be returned with all accessories and parts that it came with. Please email store@silvasweden.co.za should you wish to arrange a return.

Defective Items?

The definition of a defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product which renders it unfit for its intended use.
Our products are checked before leaving, however If you find a problem with your product, we need to know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Depending on the availability of a substitute product we will either replace or credit you with a voucher for the value of the product.
Returns must include a reason for the return.
Please email store@silvasweden.co.za with your query.
If a product is returned to us, other than for a defect, and has been disassembled or altered in any way, you will lose the right of return.
Products which are found to be unsuitable for a particular purpose may be returned within 10 days of delivery– a reasonable amount for necessary restoration costs to render the goods fit for restocking may be charged. All products are guaranteed for 12 months with the exception of eazyflasks and bladders which are guaranteed for 6 months
